This is a comprehensive pack of activities to support children’s understanding of Blanks level Questions, working through ALL Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 questions.
The activities are based on the storybook Peppa Loves the Park, which is a ‘push and pull adventure’ with 4 double pages and tabs to pull and manipulate. The figures are of Peppa, George, Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and 1 other random character from the books.
Activities are highly visual and interactive and provide a range of prompts and support for the kinds of questions children find difficult to answer in class from the ages 3-6 years.
They are split into 2 main kinds of activities: Vocabulary and Narrative.
The Vocabulary activities are based around word webs with accompanying resources addressing colour, size and category.
The Narrative activities use a 6-picture story sequence with a sequencing baseboard and Level 3 questions relating to the story.
This is an alternative to picture-based and questioning activities.
Highly recommended for children who have learned the basics of language, but struggle with typical questions asked by school staff. Suitable for children with delayed language, children with autism, and children learning English.
