There are 6 colour-coded sentence strips, 8 question words, and 49 matching pictures, which are used to construct the 22 sentences listed on the advice sheet.

There is a baseboard with a blank space for 1 of the story pictures, and a blank strip for the appropriate sentence strip.

There is a advice sheet explaining how to support your child with sequencing and with forming 4 key word sentences using the colour-coded resources. All the colours match the current Colourful Semantics colours used.

All the picture resources are laminated in Matt, and come in an A4 zipper bag together with the book, labelled with a brown parcel tag.
